Position Details: Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator
Our client dealing in scientific and laboratory equipment is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to do the following;
- Receive and register the equipment.
- Respond to customers' or supplier' about the available equipment.
- Responsible for daily clerical and administration works.
- Carry out in-office sales (Tele-sales).
- Advice customers.
- Prepare documentation.
- Store management.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor.
The successful candidate should possess the following;

Education: A degree/ Diploma in chemistry in a related field. Background in a scientifice field would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Customer service and Administration.
