Position Details: Human Resource and Administration
Our client is in the Legal sector seeks to recruit a suitably
qualified and competent individual to fill the vacancy above.
To ensure complete and comprehensive administration/human
resource implementation within the entity as well as following up on relative
labour laws.Manage and implement activities for assigned areas of
responsibility and provide effective and timely advice and solutions to Managing
Partners and other staff on Human Resources and administration related issues.
- Be the first point of
contact for all Human Resource-related queries
- Providing effective Human Resource administration
the relevant Human Resource database is up to date, accurate and complies with
Human Resource recruitment processes
ensure consistent Human Resource systems are maintained
Resource records of all employees including long term/Short term contracts.
the Administration of staff development which includes booking courses,
liaising with providers, raising purchase order numbers, arranging in house
- Conduct annual appraisal cycle, record completed appraisals and training needs.
that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in on time for the
monthly payroll run and submitted to the payroll Officer, for example;
contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff
have a duty of care to yourself and others regarding Health and Safety issues
and ensure that the Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are

- Intermediate ICT
skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to establish, maintain
and up-date databases accurately.
- An understanding and

- Knowledge of online Human
- Experience of working
in a Human Resource environment
- Good written and
verbal communication skills and able to communicate to diverse range of people
clearly and effectively.
- Experience of working
in and contributing to effective team
- Prior experience of
providing excellent customer service
- Ability to problem
solve using own initiative
- Excellent time
management skills and experience of successfully achieving deadlines, and
working without close supervision
- Good literacy and
- Experience in a range
of administration support and able to maintain accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resource Management
- At least three years
progressive experience in managed services
- Experience in Legal
Firm/ Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
