Our client is a global Telecommunication Company seeking to hire competent Customer Service Advisors.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client communications through interacting directly with potential, new and existing clients. He/she will work to provide quality customer service while increasing the company’s revenues through increased sales.
Summary of duties
Ø Handling enquiries
Ø Answering incoming calls
Ø Offering customers products and services
Ø Performing administrative functions
Ø Updating client accounts
Ø Processing customer correspondence
1. The ideal candidate should have a Degree as a minimum academic qualification
2. Ideal candidates should be able to speak fluently any of the following language combinations;
i. French, Kirundi and English Fluently.
ii. French, Kirundi and Kiswahili Fluently.
iii. French, English, Kirundi and Kiswahili fluently is an added advantage.
3. Age limit: Below 26 years of age.
NB: Candidate who do not meet this requirement should not apply.
Ideal Candidates should have a typing Speed of 30wpm
Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Internet or email.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidates are contracted to work for Econet-Leo in the Econet-Leo Call Centre as Call Centre Fillers/Agents.
