Job Description
  • To answer all incoming calls
  •  Evaluate the callers’ requirements
  •  Provide appropriate solutions to customer queries presented according to the defined quality standards.  

Duties and Responsibilities; 
  • To effectively handle incoming calls from  customers in accordance to the defined quality standards.
  • Provide a high level of customer service as defined by: a positive attitude, an efficient and         adaptable approach, a polite, caring and professional telephone manner. 
  • Capture accurately and timeously all relevant information on customer interactions on service desk.

Qualifications and Experience; 
  • MUST  be fluent in any one of the following language combination; 
  • Ateso, Luo, Swahili
  • Ateso, Swahili, Luganda
  • Runyakole, Rutoro, Luganda
  • Runyakole, Rutoro, Swahili
  • Runyankole, Swahili, Luganda

  • Degree or Diploma in any business related field 
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good communication skills

  • Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Technologically inclined
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat personality; mature, professional demeanor
  • Commitment to quality, customer service and high performance
