Educational Qualification :Member of institute of Occupational Safety & Health
Work Experience : > 3 years’ experience of formulating and implementing
H&S policies and procedures with preference of experience in handling of hazardous

2) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in order to explain health and safety processes.
3) Negotiating skills to convince implement and maintain safety standards.
4) Patience and diplomacy with collaborative approach;
5) Ability to analyses complex information & present it simply with accuracy;
6) Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
7) Ability to work in, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with health and safety are adhered to DOSH requirement.
C. JOB DUTIES
Develop health & safety strategies, policies, systems of work and procedures. Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced;
Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards;
Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation;
Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks;
Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements; Manage and organise the safe disposal of hazardous substances;
Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhere to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
Ensure that safety inspections are carry out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly
reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintain.
Establish a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
Establish a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the Company.
Liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and health and safety services.
Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
Provide regular reports to the CEO on relevant health and safety activities.

Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
Ensure H&S policies and procedures are being properly implemented; Ensure in-house staff training about health and safety issues and risks;
